The city of San Diego is in the southern part of California. It is too big to explore all in one day, but I always try to find a place that will bring me peace.
I always look for new places to sit down and feel nature’s energy to meditate. I am an early morning person, and at 6 AM, Adobe Falls is where you will find all the serenity you need to focus and meditate.
